Part Time Positions

Retail Sales Associate - Part Time
Job Description: This position is key as the sales associate has the opportunity to develop great relationships with our repeat customers in addition to encouraging the one time customer to participate in the other activities the facility has to offer.Hiring NOW!

Front Office Associate - Part Time
Job Description: This position is the main focus in the building as the Front Office Staff is involved in every sale as well as each customer who enters the building. Each associate has the opportunity to develop great relationships with our repeat customers in addition to encouraging the one time customer to participate in other activities the facility has to offer. Hiring NOW!

Short Order Cooks - Part Time (25-30Hrs)
Job Description: Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards. Prepare all food to meet quantity and service schedule requirements. Handle food in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards. Ensure Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction. Keep workspace properly stocked and clean at all times. Experience is required.

Ice Technician - Part Time
Job Description: The Ice Technician is responsible for maintaining the ice surfaces and the overall general maintenance support of the arena.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the maintenance for solid, safe, and clean ice surfaces.
• Use of ice edger regularly.
• Maintain Zamboni ice resurfacers.
• Being available for all figure skating and hockey needs, and to identify and resolve all issues.
• Other duties, cleaning and otherwise, as deemed necessary or as directed.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Ice Technician only)
• Must possess recent related experience in the preparation and maintenance of ice. (Ice Technician only)
• Proper use and maintenance of all related equipment and inventory control.
• A strong understanding of the importance of job execution.
• Taking responsibility for all decisions and actions, honesty and integrity.
• Sound organizational, coordinating, time-management, and personal interface skills.
• Job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility with work schedule- Nights, weekends, and holidays.

Maintenance - Part Time
Job Description: Maintenance is responsible for all cleaning, removal of trash, and overall cleanliness of the arena

Responsibilities:

• Provide a clean and attractive environment for customers.
• Removal of all trash from property.
• Being available for all figure skating and hockey needs, and to identify and resolve all issues.
• Use of cleaning equipment. (floor scrubbers, floor buffers, etc.)
• Other duties, cleaning and otherwise, as deemed necessary or as directed.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Full Time PositionsProgram  Development Manager - Full Time
Job Description:

• Creates awareness and develops programs that promote existing and new grass roots initiatives at incredible ICE.
• Promotes and sells corporate and group events for team building and corporate parties.
• Assists in selling corporate sponsorships. Solicits and participates in internal and external sales promotions.
• Administers and manages all aspects of the Florida Panthers Summer Hockey Camps and Clinics.
• Prepares budget and manages operations to meet profitability objectives.
• Assists with the development of promotional programs and materials to market incredible ICE and works closely with the Florida Panthers marketing function to leverage in-arena, radio, TV, cable, internet, and collateral materials.
• Develops advertising, posters, flyers, banners, brochures, and announcements and sees that they are implemented for facility programs.
• Evaluates programs effectiveness and implements change when necessary.
• Promotes and supports incredible Sports ProShop sales/incentives
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or experience in a related field required
• Previous sales and sales presentation experience required
• Minimum of 2 years management experience required
• Previous experience developing, and conducting hockey camps, schools, clinics, and hockey leagues a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills necessary
• Proactive approach and positive attitude, team orientated and self motivated
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
